This place offers wonderful and peaceful accommodation situated conveniently close to various dining options and grocery stores, with complimentary on-site parking and a pleasant pool area.

The location was particularly good and stunning, close to bars and restaurants. Enjoyed the well-organised and extremely pleasant rooms.

The breakfast itself was just normal, can be much better.

It was a pleasant stay on vacation. You could leave a car on-site.

The suite is fashionable with a couch, sofa bed, and a lovely bedroom; the staff is very polite and attentive, creating a cozy family atmosphere.

Beatifully renovated rooms. The staff were all excellent. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a renovated room in a far wing of the hotel which was something of a trek to reach. The rooms are aesthetically nicely done but functionally slightly lacking...the bathrooms are extremely small with showers only and no towel racks and the beds are very high...in fact they were too high for my older mother to get in and out of (without using one of the benches in the room). They could really be a hindrance to anyone elderly or physically challenged or under 5'2". I am disappointed that we rely exclusively on disposable plastic cups and paper mugs in hotel rooms nowadays. Seems wasteful and frankly, coffee tastes terrible brewed into a paper cup. This is typical of many hotels now. I would hope we could do better to reduce waste.

The staff was knowledgeable and exceptional, kept everything spotlessly clean and perfect. Its location within walking distance of Southridge Mall was decent. Perfect central hotel set in the central area.

Had a very enjoyable stay on vacation. Safe area with a central location close to restaurants.- Nearby Ramsey Lake with a lovely beach and playground, great for families.- Conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Robinson Lake.

Restaurant prices exprbitant. Ie: an order of oatmeal, breakfast sliders, toast and coffee $40.00 with tip??

The rooms are well laid out, with a sofa bed. The hotel's location is great and stunning, near a restaurant downstairs and close to Ramsey Lake.

The hotel is set in a central area close to Ramsey Lake, which has a lovely beach and playground for families. The staff were extremely hospitable and courteous, and they effectively addressed any issues I had.

Room was extremely clean, and well appointed.

Could not get a signal for the free Wi-Fi the entire time we were there (one bar, and it kept dropping the signal), which is a major drawback when travelling with teens!

Comfortable bed nice shower, overall the room was an 8.

Free breakfast was a ten dollar voucher for restaurant. Breakfast was good but slow. More like Brunch. I made a comment about having a beer with my breakfast. Hour for breakfast to arrive.
